Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain language, what information BRAVA 360 Digital collects when you visit intel.brava360.digital or order a Competitor Intelligence Report, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to be consistent with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and accepted international privacy practices.

1. Who we are

BRAVA 360 Digital is a digital agency based in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. We operate this site as the data controller for any personal information you submit.

2. What we collect

  • Order details: your name, email, optional company website, and the package you select.
  • Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Intake form data: company name, industry, target market, competitor URLs, contact phone, and any additional context you choose to provide.
  • Site usage: standard analytics events (page views, conversion events) via Google Analytics 4 and similar tools — only if you accept the cookie banner.

3. Why we collect it

  • To deliver the Competitor Intelligence Report you ordered.
  • To contact you about your order, the report, and the optional strategy call.
  • To process refunds where the guarantee applies.
  • To improve our service and measure marketing effectiveness, with your consent.

4. How long we keep it

Order records and intake form submissions are kept for one (1) year, after which they are anonymized. Audit and security logs are kept for twelve months. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).

5. Who we share with

  • Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's own privacy terms.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel — hosting and database. Infrastructure is located in Frankfurt, Germany.
  • Internal team — only the analysts who deliver your report can see your intake data.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers beyond the standard analytics signals you consent to via the cookie banner.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to measure site performance and marketing effectiveness. On your first visit a banner notifies you of this; you may opt out via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer at any time. Strictly necessary cookies — those required to keep the checkout flow working — are always on.

7. Your rights

Under UAE PDPL you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@brava360.digital with the subject "PDPL data request" and we will respond within thirty days.

8. Security

Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider. Operational secrets such as email server credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Admin access is restricted to named accounts with rate-limited login and lockout protection.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
