Refund Policy

We back every Competitor Intelligence Report with two safeguards: a results-based guarantee, and a post-delivery refund window so you can review the report with no pressure.

1. 100% Results-based guarantee

If your report does not surface at least three (3) actionable gaps you can take action on, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked. This applies to all three packages (Standard, Advanced, Premium). Submit your request within five (5) business days of report delivery.

2. Discretionary refund requests

For any reason other than the results-based guarantee above, you may submit a refund request within five (5) business days of the date we deliver your report. We review every request individually and will respond within two business days. Approval is at our discretion.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund request" and your order email.
  2. We will acknowledge within one business day and process the refund within five business days.
  3. Stripe returns funds to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 5–10 days to appear on your statement.

4. After the refund window

After the five-business-day window, refunds are only available under the results-based guarantee — i.e., if the report did not surface at least three actionable gaps. If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, email us; we read every request.

5. Strategy call refunds (Advanced & Premium)

If you request a refund before the included strategy call has been delivered, the full amount is refunded. If the strategy call has already taken place, the refund excludes the call fee proportional to the package.
