Terms of Service

1. The service

We deliver a written PDF report analyzing competitors you identify, across the analysis areas described on the landing page. The exact scope depends on the package you select (Standard, Advanced, Premium).

2. Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in AED and are inclusive of 5% UAE VAT.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
• The amount displayed at checkout is the total amount we will charge. We do not add hidden fees.

3. Intake and delivery

After payment you will be asked to complete a short intake form. Turnaround times begin when we receive your completed intake — 72 hours for Standard, 5 business days for Advanced, 7 business days for Premium. If we cannot deliver on time we will notify you in advance.

4. Use of the report

The report we deliver is licensed for internal use within your business. You may share it with your team and your advisors. You may not resell it or publish it externally without our written permission.

5. Data sources

All information in the report is collected from publicly available sources. We do not access any private systems and competitors are not notified.

6. Refund policy

Our refund policy is set out in full on the Refund Policy page and is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Limitation of liability

The report is provided to inform your decisions. Outcomes depend on how you act on it. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a report is capped at the amount you paid for that report.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page.
